I'm a Senior Business Analyst at PNC Financial Services with a passion for using data to drive strategic decisions. My career at PNC started in 2020 during the bank's first fully virtual internship, where I got hands-on experience with capital reporting and regulatory frameworks like Basel III.
After the internship, I was selected for PNC's competitive (6% acceptance) Finance & Accounting Development Program, where I completed four rotations in areas like financial systems, governance and oversight, and capital markets. During this time, I played a key role in the successful integration of PNC’s $11.6 billion acquisition of BBVA. I also took on a leadership role in my development program's cohort of analysts as a Career Development Chair, organizing training sessions and connecting my peers with senior executives.
In 2022, I moved to the Finance Project Management Office, where I managed reporting for a $1.6 billion technology portfolio. I built and automated a key dashboard that cut delivery time by two weeks and made the data more reliable. As a product owner for a $30 million ERP replacement project, I led coordination across over 100 stakeholders and helped shape the future of our core finance systems. Additionally, I led the implementation of an automated $1.8 million Initiative Approval Package (IAP) solution, which is now used by over 1,000 employees to streamline funding requests and strengthen understanding of the Change Methodology Framework Policy (CMFP).
In 2024, I joined the Shared Services Corporate Controller Group, where I led the annual budgeting and five-year strategic planning process for a $48 million+ finance technology portfolio. I was responsible for consolidating inputs across multiple lines of business, resolving variances, and delivering monthly reports to the CFO and senior leadership to guide strategic decisions. Alongside my core responsibilities, I mentored junior analysts and helped lead initiatives focused on professional growth and AI-driven process innovation.
Beginning in 2026, I will have been promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP) and accepted a new position as a Business Analyst Advisor in the Enterprise Change Office. In this role, I’m spearheading the design and implementation of a new Strategic Portfolio Management initiative. This $12 million project is an enterprise-wide effort to transform how the bank prioritizes, manages, and delivers technology projects.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Spanish from Penn State University, graduating cum laude. My work is driven by a commitment to improving processes, developing talent, and delivering clear, actionable insights that support business strategy.
Beyond the office, my commitment to community and music is a huge part of my life. Since 2012, I've served as the Assistant Director and Public Relations Chair for the Emigsville Band, a 150-year-old 501(c)3 nonprofit community band. I'm proud to have played a key role in its revitalization, helping the band grow from 15 to over 100 musicians and expanding our annual performances from 5 to more than 40. I've also had the opportunity to conceive and execute large-scale music festivals that bring together local musicians and the community.
In 2021, I also took on the role of Assistant Director and Business Manager for the two-time award-winning Unforgettable Big Band based in York, Pennsylvania since 2000. My work there involves directing musical programming, managing business operations, and expanding our presence at cultural events across the Mid-Atlantic region. This has been a rewarding way to blend my passion for music with my experience in business and leadership.
Across the Southcentral PA music community, I've become well-known for these efforts. I'm a multi-instrumentalist who often subs in with other groups, and I'm recognized for my ability to handle the business and marketing side of a band. From managing logistics and finances to creating a strong social media presence that draws in bigger audiences and secures more gigs, I bring a unique blend of musical and business acumen to the table.
