As of March 2026, I am a Project Controller II at Voith Hydro (Voith Group) in York, Pennsylvania, supporting large-scale hydropower projects through project financial planning, cost control, forecasting, billing, and reporting. In this role, I partner closely with Project Management, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Field Service to track multi-million-dollar projects, monitor risks and opportunities, and provide financial insight that supports delivery, cash flow, and decision-making.
Prior to Voith, I spent over five years at PNC Financial Services, where I progressed through multiple finance and business analysis roles supporting enterprise-scale initiatives.
My career at PNC began in 2020 during the bank’s first fully virtual internship, where I gained hands-on experience with capital reporting and regulatory frameworks including Basel III. I was subsequently selected into PNC’s highly competitive Finance & Accounting Development Program (6% acceptance rate), completing four rotations across financial systems, governance and oversight, and capital markets. During this time, I contributed to the successful integration of PNC’s $11.6 billion acquisition of BBVA and served as Career Development Chair for my analyst cohort, organizing training sessions and facilitating engagement with senior leaders.
Following the program, I joined the Finance Project Management Office in 2022 as a financial analyst, supporting a $1.6 billion technology portfolio spanning more than 15 lines of business. I developed and automated executive reporting dashboards that reduced delivery time by two weeks and improved data reliability. On a $30 million ERP replacement, I worked closely with the product owner for the Inbound/Outbound workstream, managing complex datasets across 100+ stakeholders to keep the ERP team and downstream groups aligned. I also led the implementation of an automated $1.8 million Initiative Approval Package (IAP) solution now used by over 1,000 employees to streamline funding requests and reinforce compliance with the Change Methodology Framework Policy.
In 2024, I advanced into a Senior Financial Analyst role within the Shared Services Finance Corporate Controller Group, where I led the annual budget and five-year plan for a $48 million finance technology portfolio. I consolidated inputs across business lines, resolved planning variances, and delivered monthly financial reporting and variance analysis to the CFO and senior leadership. I also served as the finance lead for a data retention compliance mandate, translating technical risk requirements into actionable guidance and driving the organization from under 5% to near-complete compliance. Alongside this work, I mentored interns and junior analysts and supported initiatives focused on professional development and AI-enabled process improvement.
In early 2026, I was promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP) and moved into the Enterprise Change Office as a Business Analysis Advisor, where I supported the design and implementation of a $12 million Strategic Portfolio Management initiative intended to transform how the bank prioritizes and governs technology investments.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Spanish from Penn State University, graduating cum laude. Across roles, my work has centered on turning complex financial and operational inputs into clear insight, enabling leaders to make informed decisions and teams to execute effectively.
Since 2011, I’ve been a member of the Emigsville Band, a 150-year-old 501(c)(3) nonprofit community band based in York County. I served as Assistant Director from 2016 to 2019 and returned to that role in 2022, and I’ve been Public Relations Chair since 2022. I played a key role in the band’s revitalization, helping it grow from 15 to over 100 musicians and expanding annual performances from 5 to more than 40. I’ve also conceived and executed large-scale music festivals that bring together local musicians and the community.
Since 2021, I’ve been playing the tenor saxophone with the Unforgettable Big Band, a two-time award-winning York County-based swing and big band. I became Assistant Musical Director in 2025, directing musical programming and supporting business operations while helping the band reach audiences across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Across the Southcentral PA music community, I've become well-known for these efforts. I'm a multi-instrumentalist who often subs in with other groups, and I'm recognized for my ability to handle the business and marketing side of a band. From managing logistics and finances to creating a strong social media presence that draws in bigger audiences and secures more gigs, I bring a unique blend of musical and business acumen to the table.
